How it Works

Our system uses AI-powered visual inspection tools to detect vehicle damage — specifically hail and dent-related — from multi-angle camera footage or uploaded media. Designed to operate in real-time or from batch uploads, the platform leverages computer vision models hosted in a secure cloud environment. Results are visualized and returned through an intuitive dashboard interface, giving insurance adjusters, rental agencies, and body shop technicians an immediate assessment of vehicle condition, complete with annotated images and downloadable reports.

Vehicles are scanned using up to four external cameras positioned around the car. The system automatically identifies, marks, and logs dents, while maintaining a full vehicle history tied to VIN, license plate, or customer profiles. Each vehicle’s data is tracked across time, supporting re-inspections, ongoing assessments, and accountability.

Where We’re At

We’re currently developing and testing the platform with real users. The AI model that finds dents is already trained, and we’re now building the dashboard and tools that will make it easy for anyone to use.

How it Works

Our AI-powered trading system is a fully automated, multi-asset platform capable of executing trades across any stock or cryptocurrency in global markets. It is designed with a flexible architecture that can connect to real markets, allowing for instant integration with different trading environments without re-engineering the core system.

At its core, the bot leverages custom built strategies that monitor key technical indicators, including RSI, MACD crossovers, EMA trends, Bollinger Bands, volume spikes, breakout levels, and more. When trade conditions meet our configured rules, TradingView sends secure webhook alerts to our Flask-based execution server.

The server then:

Validates the signal against real-time market data from the chosen broker or exchange.
Applies AI-driven confirmation to ensure the trade aligns with current strategy parameters.
Executes the order instantly using secure authentication.
Logs all trade data — including timestamps, prices, order IDs, and performance metrics — for future review and optimization.

Process & Results

We built the system with three key goals: precision, adaptability, and resilience.

Precision: The bot only enters trades when multiple indicators confirm the opportunity, reducing false positives and avoiding emotional trading.
Adaptability: By design, the bot is broker- and asset-agnostic. We can trade blue-chip stocks, high-volatility crypto, or emerging market assets simply by pointing the bot to a new ticker.
Resilience: The bot runs 24/7 with built-in error handling, retry logic, and monitoring systems to ensure continuous operation — even in volatile or unstable market conditions.

Since deployment, the system has successfully traded in both bullish and bearish market environments, adapting strategies dynamically and delivering consistent execution speed under high volatility.

The Century 21 Realtor Automation App is an upcoming mobile platform designed to streamline and modernize the daily workflow of real estate professionals. Built for speed, reliability, and ease of use, the app will act as a personal assistant in every realtor’s pocket, automating repetitive tasks, organizing client interactions, and ensuring no opportunity or deadline slips through the cracks.

From managing agreements to scheduling meetings and tracking property-related tasks, the app will integrate a suite of powerful tools into one intuitive interface. Our goal is to help agents spend less time on paperwork and admin, and more time building client relationships and closing deals.

Process & Features

We are currently in the active development phase, focusing on three core pillars: automation, integration, and mobility.

Automation: Smart workflows will automatically generate, send, and store client agreements. Reminders will be triggered for contract deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring agents never miss a commitment.
