3.1 Canadian Data Sovereignty
All biometric data (including facial recognition data) is processed and stored exclusively on servers located in Canada. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and maintain strict data residency requirements.

- Biometric data: Retained only while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure
